Pixel Perfect Picks #59 - Fred, Figma & Freakin good series

Hey there 👋

Welcome to this installment of Pixel Perfect Picks. Here I'm sharing something that I heard, read, and saw. You can subscribe to this newsletter here. I'm additionally publishing a more extended essay about software development, design, and freelancing every month.

Heard Something

If you could take a look at my Spotify account, you would see that I am a huge fan of Fred Again. I listen to his music almost daily, and I am incredibly excited for a new album (and maybe even a tour ?!). Last night, a new short set was released on YouTube. Watching it makes you want to gather all your friends, watch the sunset on a rooftop, and listen to it together. Thank you, Fred!

Read Something

In the Co-Working Stream on Wednesday, I reacted to a small article together with a few viewers. Ridd from the Dive Club (whose podcasts I absolutely love) shared a possibly spicy take on the role of Figma in the future. Honestly, I completely agree with him and now think more critically about our tools and processes as designers. A great food for thought!

Saw Something

I don't know when was the last time I binged watched so hard, but on a very rainy Saturday, I just got hooked on the entire new Apple TV+ series 'Presumed Innocent'. Very exciting, great twists, and an ending that really gripped me (I don't like open endings)!

🎬 PS: This week we try to follow the new rhythm and stream on Wednesday (afternoon 1pm) and Friday (9am - 3pm). Tune in for some good vibes and coworking! Twitch Channel

Until next time. Keep creating awesome stuff ✌️
