There is no title for this poem
Because I have a hard time titling things

Titles are supposed to be pithy statements
That can be tied into the meaning of a poem
(Yes, I realize that with practice you can get better at writing them
I've only written eight of these things - gimme some slack)

Titles are supposed to catch a reader's eye
Get them asking questions
Lure them in with the promise of a clever twist
Somewhere
In the poem

But for me
Trying to title a poem
Is like trying to summarize Shakespeare's plays
I can do it
But I cannot do it well

Yet
