Operation Cannoli Newsletter #72.5: Clarifying Numbers and Benefits

Hi All,

I got a couple of questions, one more than once, so I wanted to clarify and add some additional info.

If we work with Avv. Ubaldini, we’d be paying €9500 for the 10 of us, splitting it equally. €950 (the portion each person would pay) is about $1020 today.

This fee would be paid over time. The first payment would be €2000 total and would be paid when we sign with the lawyer. €4000 would be due 4 months after starting the process. €2500 would be due 8 months after starting the process. A final €1000 would be due one year after starting the process.
