It's been a carefree, fun, lazy (for me anyway - taking a break from running), and often silly few days, as the picture here of the "boobies" cactus that we all laughed about on a walk around Mojacar typifies. Not an adventure, or activity packed, or "new ground" holiday, but just a simple break.
Today we packed up and set off by 1pm having done a bit of work, swept along the vista-strewn A7 motorway back towards Malaga, where we stopped at IKEA to buy some furniture for the house. While there we collected some keys from Juanmi, who met a barky Skype, Faye, and Dylan while Maya and I did the IKEA thing.
Then, back to Estepona where we will be staying for the weekend, where we had a chicken, chips and alioli supper from the roast chicken shop in town - every bit as good as the Portuguese varieties we tried over the summer. It'll be back to Gibraltar for the start of school again on Monday.
