This year so far, there's been a lot of changes in my life. Last year I lost 10 kg (22 lbs), and this year so far I lost further 2 to 3 kg (4 to 6 lbs). I changed my diet from high carb to high fat, low carb. I stopped drinking in June and never drank since then. I used to have bad skin conditions, but it's noticeably getting better. In mid August, I started walking more than 15,000 steps a day, and so far I achieved the goal more than 2 weeks in a row. I don't know how long I can keep up this great work, but I'll see.
One challenge I am still struggling to improve is my bad sleep. I am hoping that by continuing the healthy diet and good exercise I'll eventually overcome the sleep problem and can have a good sleep every night.
