Today was one of those days.
Back-to-back meetings from morning to late afternoon. By the time I had a moment to breathe, half the day was already gone and my brain was running on fumes.

By 5pm I had contributed maybe two hours of actual focused work between all of it.
Writing After That
Sitting down to write a blog post after a day like that is... a different kind of hard. It's not that I don't have ideas. It's that forming coherent sentences feels like lifting weights when you're already exhausted.
But I sat down anyway. Kept it short. Said something real. Published it.

The Realization
Days like this are actually the most important ones for the habit. If I only post on easy days, it's not really a daily commitment — it's an occasional one.

Meeting-heavy day survived. Post published. Streak continues.
