The world will try to tame you. It will hand you processes, titles, and expectations. Out of politeness, some would hand you accolades. Other times, they will not recognize or acknowledge you for all that you have provided as a contribution. Many times there would be reasons to tell you why someone else deserves this one accolade better than you for their chasing the goalpost.
But if you carry creativity - which we all do- the ability to see what others miss- you face a choice: dim your fire to blend in, or let it burn brightly, even if it scorches the cage around you.

Freedom isn’t found in escaping the system- it’s found in mastering it. The one who conforms is already lost. Creativity doesn’t survive in boxes- it thrives in freedom, in the raw courage to question, to build, to defy and to authentically show up as a whole. Not a fragment - of your personality at work vs a fragment of personality at home vs fragment of personality with friends. The greater never exists in the lesser.
It's tempting to believe that structures-jobs, titles, roles-limit our potential. But the reality is opposite, one is not their circumstances - one is their choices.

A fully creative mind, is one that sees reality as it is, free from the filters of desire, fear, or comparison. The company’s processes cannot “take” your creativity unless you give it away by identifying with the role, the system, or the leaderships judgment.
Somewhere, I would reject the idea that you must leave to “save” your creativity or stay to “prove” yourself. Both choices, if driven by reaction, keep you trapped in the cycle of conditioning. Creativity is not in what you do but in how you see. Can you act in the company without being of it- without letting its processes or the words of others shape your inner freedom?
The question is not: "Will they recognize me?"
The question is: "Will I recognize myself?"
The creative soul is sovereign. It owes allegiance to no game but its own.
