- Listening to Tech Debt: It can be hard to hear concerns about technical debt. Before proceeding, check out this 15-minute video on "How to actively listen to others." It is the only action you can take, since there is no good video on "How to make others actively listen to you"!
- Schools teach Computer Science, not how to navigate personalities, egos, and personal blindspots: Now that you've heard about the problem and have a solution, it's time to realize that: "Most Technical Problems Are Really People Problems."
