I heard this somewhere, and I’m deliberately practicing it every day:

You might assume that the healthiest emotion for your brain is happiness, joy, peace, optimism, or gratitude—but it’s not.

The healthiest emotion for your brain is awe. Yes, simply having a sense of awe for things!
