⚖️ Stay in rhythm

If you’re going through a rough patch, stick to a schedule. Shower, pray, meditate, work, eat, workout, and sleep at regular times. Even if you can’t sleep at your usual time, resist the urge to sleep at other times. Force your body into a rhythm, you’ll thank yourself later.
