Popular culture will encourage you to rage-tweet your anger and post catchy images to Facebook. Maybe that will make me feel better, you think.
It won’t.
So here’s a Quiet Life approach that is more satisfying: reach out to 2-3 people you respect and ask for their .O2. I’ve found this to be a better way of working through frustration and disappointment.
It can be as simple as an email to a friend, “Larry, I was so upset when I read about XYZ. What’s your reaction?”
