In other words, what if today you thanked God for every little thing? Lord, thank you for…
- The person who just cut me off in traffic
- The teenager who didn’t smile in the checkout line
- The WiFi which keeps bouncing me off the network
- The bird that enjoys the fence in the backyard
- The sunshine which warms my face
- The carpet that is slightly frayed
- The email which just added an hour to my day
Psalm 106 says, “Give thanks to the Lord for He is good.” If God, who is good, only gives gifts which are good, why wouldn’t we thank him for everything? And, those things which he permits but we don’t understand, must be allowed for our greater good.
