Often I have felt that all of us sometimes assume that we know something. But that might not be the case all the time. It's accounted by Plato that the Great Greek Philosopher Socrates once said "All I know is that I know Nothing".
It means exactly as he says.
Socrates knew that the knowledge he possessed was a bare minimum compared to the vastness of what he could or was yet to learn. There isn’t an end point or a finish line to learning. You might say you've achieved mastery in a certain skill but that doesn't mean that you know everything about it.
Even the likes of The Great Master Yoda in his own way said "Much to learn you still have." He knew he doesn't stop there. Even after 200+ years of teaching and mastering everything there is to know about the force, he takes a trip to learn and enhance his already massive knowledge.
So understand that there is always more to what you know about even if it is the things you feel you have mastered. There is always something new and more to see as there is no place you can stop learning. You can gain expertise in a field, but that doesn't mean you know everything about.
I might share about the things I know with you, but that is only with what I have learnt but not what I am yet to learn. With this thought with me, I try to move forward making sure I constantly grow into a person better than I was yesterday.
If great masters like Socrates & Yoda had things to learn.
We all can too.
We all can too.
Good Day!
Yours,
Yours,
Shasha
