As someone who has never written a blog, maybe going into my 49th year of life (not quite yet but soon) is the time to put that right. I've got to thank the guys and girls from @heyhey who have given us the tools to try this blogging game out. Sometimes you just need to come out of your comfort zone.
There is something about a well written blog which can really reel you in. Hence why I won't be blogging a lot :)
For most, I'd presume the first things is, what do I actually write about? I guess this is where I am.
I've been an adult nurse for 27 years and counting (started my training back in March 1994) and worked in many area's of NHS health care so that might be a good start. I've also just got myself a new job recently in clinical research so once I start, that again could be something to talk about.
For my sins, I have been a gamer since the early 80's and still have fond memories of my little ZX Spectrum 48k machine. Not to mention putting 10p after 10p into the 80's arcades.
As the years roll on, I seem to enjoy and play more indie games and less AAA games. That again could be for another day.
Anyway, here's to a future 2nd blog.
