Markets are crashing today and so is my portfolio. I thought this is finally the time I start writing about the mistakes I've made in investing. Inspired by Dalio on "Noting" such events.
- Never buy when the price is at an all time high - even if FOMO is bone crunching
- Balance portfolio between growth stocks with value stocks
- Don't have more than 10 stocks in the portfolio
- Limit risk with a more equitable distribution of Calls in the portfolio instead of outright purchase
- Don't let Tweets sway your buying/selling decision
