264.4: Day 1 is always the easiest

No problems today. Completed the meltdown. Did pretty good at Crossfit too. 

Definitely hungry. Chugged water when I started to feel the hunger pains.

  1. Fruit with some homemade granola
  2. Leftover sweet potato chili
  3. Homemade vegetable and egg fried rice
  4. Vegetable stew
  5. Cauliflower, spinach, and tomato with some naan bread 

We have until April 5th to be lean and mean for Hawaii.
