I started every day with great intentions. I ended every day poorly.
Here's the rules.
1. Stop lying to myself that I will stop eating after a big meal. No. What happens is I eat a big meal, and then I eat a small meal later. I ate a huge pile of vegetables and leftovers for lunch, and then without fail, the wife would get pizza or chinese food.
Vegan carrot cake is also very bad for you.
Anyway, it's March 8th. I basically binged from March 4th-7th. Gross.
Here's what I ate today.
I keep telling myself it's a journey and not a destination. Unfortunately, I spend most of my days walking around like an asshole while mowing down good eats.
