It's amazing how I let short term gratification completely overtake long term goals when it comes to eating and drinking alcohol.
This past weekend was the boys reunion known as the Probinis where such prestgious awards are issued such as the Warmbier, Dahmer, and many other tasteless accolades.

However, upon return, I could tell that the days of pounding burgers and fried chicken sandwiches and muffins, and whatever else I ate on top of the alcohol has probably put me in the 260 range. I started off great but after just one weekend of going out with my kids and having some fun including some sushi nights, introductions to Icelandic chocolate, and a few frozen pizzas later, I went from 255 back to 260 in a blink. I had a few good days and it got ugly quick.
The only good news is the formula is rock solid. The discipline is piss poor. This is a discipline problem as it is true for everyone else in the world that is overweight. The discipline to eat properly is what will separate the success from the middling. I'm a middling kind of athletic but definitely fat guy. More updates to follow.
