When we departed on Thursday night, things were looking good. I took Deeran to get Cook Out late at night and I ordered nothing. My plan was that I had eaten all I needed to eat for the day and I was good. So the plan Thursday was in check.
Friday started bad, and Saturday ended worse.
Friday: Egg White Omelette with spinach and mushrooms. I didn't eat all of those potatoes (but I ate some of my sons chocolate chip pancakes). A small pizza with broccoli, an acai bowl, and my son didn't finish his late night burrito from Taco Bell. Workout wise, I got it done, but that last burrito was totally unnecessary.
Saturday: Well Shit.
Breakfast a southwestern crepe (should've stopped there) and a blueberry cheesecake crepe. Yoooo. What you doing. Lunch a vegan vegetable bowl (money) and some vegan tacos (all vegetables no fake meat) but I polished off the end of my son's chicken pho. Acai bowl before the game and I was supposed to be done... but then... we won the state, punched a ticket to nationals, and drank lots of IPAs and late night snacks.

Sunday: Still trash food. 3 Biscuitville biscuits, leftover pork tenderloins, broccoli and potatos. I also got in some sweet potato chili, but that biscuitville is really bad stuff.
Anyway, I've worked out every day and just weighed in at night at 264.2.
