A week ago, I declared that I was "Going All In" Now, it's time to check in on how that has gone. In that post, I outlined three aspects of "Going All In": physical, intellectual, and emotional. Here's how I think I did:
My Physical Life
Moving and regular strenuous exercise have become a "solved problem" for me. I'm thankful to have found a routine that works well in this area. Beyond movement, I've made a conscious effort to drink more water and get more sleep each day. While I haven't been perfect, I'm heading in the right direction. Regarding food, I said I wanted to "eat food that gives energy rather than drains it and ... just the right amount of it." I started the week strong but tailed off over the weekend. This is something I need to focus more on this week.

My Intellectual Life
Before last week, I frequently found myself without the time or energy to reflect on the day or learn something new. Now, those moments might be my favorite parts of the day. I'm far from building new habits, but the joy I get gives me hope.

My Emotional Life
There are two aspects of this that I want to prioritize: my family and myself. Last week, I spent much more time on the former than the latter, and I'm totally okay with that! This week, I'd like to not necessarily find balance but tip the scale a little more than I have.
