OK, sorry. Now back to our regular programming. Had someone from Foxy Coatings come out today (from Pennsylvania) to give me an estimate on my garage floor. He was in Car 81. As in, there are AT LEAST 81 guys like him in the field. Maybe 181 or 281. But Car 81 was with me in BOONTON USA.
I love this business model. The guy was very affable. 30+ years in construction, he now works for Foxy. I'll have an ESTIMATE in my inbox before sunset. He will see (in total) around 4 to 6 prospects, like me. Turns out the 'home improvement' business is over $1T here in North America. Epoxy Floors, New Roofs, Landscaping, Outdoor Lighting, New Decks, you name it. And there are many (many) franchise opportunities. Just doing some math:
81 cars x 5 prospects per day x 10% close rate is 40 new paying clients. Per day.
Figure $5,000 to $10,000 per job, that is $300,000+ per day in revenue, being very conservative. If you focus on schools, factories, warehouse floors (commercial) and those numbers jump. Big time.
And then it hit me: a lead for epoxy floors is automatically (also) a lead for landscaping and for home alarm systems, and new decks, and painting, and roofs and siding and gutters and home EV chargers and outdoor kitchens and home offices....and.....and.....
Marketing. It's good for ya.
