Distance Learning > DIGITAL Learning > DIGITAL LIVING

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY.... more students are paying tuition for an online education vs. a traditional campus education.

More people are paying PURDUE UNIVERSITY ONLINE than PURDUE UNIVERSITY. More people are paying PENN STATE WORLD CAMPUS than PENN STATE. There are 174K+ K-20 schools across North America. That is K-20 not K-12 as "the 20" includes Medical Schools, Law Schools, Graduate Schools, etc.

As of this post, 37,250+ members of the North American Distance Learning Association have signed up to attend InfoComm 2025 LIVE in Orlando. I have attended InfoComm every year, and every year it is bigger and better. If you are in charge of technology at a K-20 school (from anywhere in the world) there is a good chance that attending InfoComm LIVE is a smart move. So 37,250+ members of the NADLA.org are spending time and money to learn what is new and exciting in the world of ProAV to run their school, to run their corporate training programs, to run their business.

The HVEDC is the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation with a mission of getting people to live, learn, work, play, teach, train, coach, mentor in Hudson Valley, New York State. There are approximately 2,323,346 people living in Hudson Valley. The folks from HVEDC will be attending InfoComm this year, as they are on a mission to make Hudson Valley NYS 'the' place to live. They want you (and your business) to choose Hudson Valley New York as home. Thanks to the good folks at HVEDC, if you are one of the 2,323,346 living in Hudson Valley, you can JoinNYDLA.org for FREE. Normally $25 per month (or $250 per year) HVEDC is picking up that tab for NYDLA.org membership. Because: the future of work - the future of education - is in the clouds. They get it. It's automatic, JoinNYDLA.org and your 'Hudson Valley NYS Zip Code' gives you free NYDLA.org membership. Done. Quality of Life is AMAZING in Hudson Valley NYS - now with fast Internet for all.

The Distance Learning Association was 'born' in the 5 boroughs of New York City in 1983. NYDLA.org became NADLA.org during COVID-19, as the entire world went fully remote. Now in 2025, the GlobalDLA.org expects to service 10M+ (both free and paid) members living in every time zone of the world.

It is no longer about the 174K+ K-20 schools, but is now about the ALUMNI of these 174K+ schools. In 2025, Telemedicine has become just medicine. E-Commerce has become just commerce. And Distance Education has become just education.

So, I hope to see you at InfoComm next month in Orlando. I'll probably be at the Zoom (or Yealink or Jabra or Owl Labs or Logitech or Lenovo or...) booth. By event time, I predict well over 40,000+ GlobalDLA.org members will have signed up to attend InfoComm 2025 LIVE. All things ProAV is what makes all things 'remote' possible.

After all, we are......all....

Living, Learning, Working, Playing, Teaching, Training, Coaching, Mentoring in the GLOBAL Cloud COMMUNITY. Yours.
