ON MY 66th BIRTHDAY (today) my staff took the wrapper off our new Ecommerce shop: The Technology ASSURANCE Cooperative (TAC-USA.com)

It's a Co-Op so all the members of the NYDLA | USDLA | NADLA benefit from the knowledge, the technology, and the talent of our 174K+ schools - and the ALUMNI of our schools. And our $1B+ buying power. Since 1983.

On opening day, Disneyland was a disater. Many of the rides did not work. There were thousands of counterfit tickets. The press was relentless on Walt. It all worked out OK for Disney, right?

I'm sure that our shop will have glitches, but it is now open - and every single day it will get better and better and better. I told my staff: think like a hospital or an airport. Once we open, we never close. We just improve. We learn what works, remove what does not. Constant improvement.
