When I was at PURDUE (Freshman Chemistry) Dr. Bodner taught me about 'teams of three.'  Not two, not four..... THREE. 3 is the magic number.  

Studying together in a POD (a team of 3) was proven to be the optimal way to study. There were special rooms set up at PURDUE for PODS. Dr. Bodner was right. The teams of three lesson stayed with me my entire life. 

Running the Distance Learning Association gave me a unique platform to work with students from (literally) every time zone in the world. Students might attend PURDUE on campus in West Lafayette, Indiana (like I did) or they might attend PURDUE UNIVERSITY ONLINE from anywhere in the world. Students might attend Penn State or they might pay tuition to Penn State World Campus. Again, from anywhere in the world.

It's now 2025 and the NADLA.org services 174K+ K-20 schools across North America. We have thousands of members of the (now) GlobalDLA.org who went to school in North America - and they now live back home. Or, they never left home. And home can be anywhere in the world. But they are all a part of our Global Cloud COMMUNITY from every time zone around the world.

They can work in a team of three - a POD. Think about it: you (yes, YOU) can hire a dedicated team to work on your project. Part-time or full-time. Temporary or for years. Three people who live in different time zones, so you have geographic redundancy. Just like three engines on a plane - you have redundancy. POD LEADERS can train other POD-mates. Ultimate Knowledge Transfer. 

PODS can be broken apart to form 'new PODS' so that 3 can become 9. And 9 can become 27. From Cebu to Chicago, from India to Indiana. From Nepal to New York City. It's limitless. 

Oh, and when you hire a POD you get me. For free. And I see everything. I am the eye in the sky. All via the amazing cloud technology of today. All via PODS who have achieved AI mastery - working for you 24 x 7 x 365 from anywhere in the world. Kids (can I still call them kids?) who went to the best schools in the world. Teams of three who are living, learning, working, playing, teaching, training, coaching, mentoring to/from anywhere in the world.
