Thanks for pointing that out

{scroll all the way to the bottom to meet Konta}
Over the past 3 months we have stayed at a Hilton Property 70 times. My Hilton Honors Points went from 1,500 to 333,859 and climbing. Pet friendly Hilton Properties allowed us to go from Maine to Virgina and visit dozens of our NYDLA.org Host Universities. This Sunday will be our last night in a hotel, as we head back to good ol' BOONTON USA.

Here's the deal: I was not even aware of our 'points' until last week. The past 90 days was a working journey, visiting schools that sponsor the Distance Learning Association. It was just easier to pick ONE pet-friendly hotel brand and plan out the summer. So, my wife and I were able to take our dog Konta in our new EV and hit the road. Also: Hilton Properties have EV Chargers right in the parking lot. Fantastic.

I was not aware that this 'Diamond Reserve' level was even a thing. I can now take those 300,000+ points and go on a vacation. Or I could 'gift' them to someone going on a honeymoon. Or, I could use them for a NYDLA event. There is real value there.

And I did not know. The points are amazing, but I did not pick Hilton for the points. I picked Hilton because they were pet friendly. The 300,000+ points were just a happy accident (bonus). I just had my staff check our website - as we also offer a 'rewards' or points system. With every purchase at TAC-USA, points are earned (just like with Hilton). It turns out that we have millions of 'points' earned but never redeemed. We need to send out a newsletter to all of our clients, customers, members and remind them of their unused points.

Hilton's points expire after 24 months of inactivity. Our TAC POINTS never expire - but it looks like they also never get redeemed. I am probably going to give our Hilton Points to very special person, they can use these points on their honeymoon. We need to remind all of our TAC Co-Op members that they too can 'gift' their points (or use them).

I am going to be sure that we point this out. Without delay.
