#75Hard day 56

Another beautiful sunny day on this last day of February.  It was a good day.  Here's the recap.

Bible Reading
Habakkuk 3 - It's a little different than before.  There's no response from God, but just the prophet crying out and affirming his faith despite the chaos currently plaguing him and his people.  He prays out his faith that his God will prevail, and he will wait patiently.

Reading
I finished Rule 8 of Peterson's 12 Rules for Life.  It was quite interesting learning about how Peterson arrived at living out meaning over expediency as one of the greatest things one can do to improve their lot in life.  He examines many philosophers and their fight with the idea of God and religion against the enlightenment of science.  These two things were viewed as diametrically opposed, but yet all of the modern philosophers concluded that one could not exist without the other.  For some reason humans need something outside of their expedient here and now needs to bring real fulfillment to their being.
