Workouts I got in 2 walks today. One before the wind and storms hit and one after in the evening. It was quite the windy day, but also it was nice and warm.
Reading I finished rule 8. It's so important to be real, especially to yourself, so that you can grow into who you are capable of being. Don't lie. It's that simple.
