#75Hard day 65

Only 10 days left.  Here's the recap for today.

Bible Reading
Zechariah 4 - More prophecy about the rebuilding of the temple.

Workouts

I got my mountain bike again from the bike shop.  I went out to Wilkins branch and got in a really good hour of riding, despite a little bit of drizzling rain.  Later this evening I did 30 minutes of push-ups and pull-ups.

Reading
I started rule 11 of Peterson's book, "Don't bother children while they're skateboarding."  I love this rule so far.  Children need freedom to experience risk and danger and take in the world without feeling like they're being controlled by adults.  I grew up with very little parental supervision, and I think it was so crucial to my development.  I definitely think too many children these days are over parented and struggle to develop into competent adults because of this.

Diet
Breakfast: Oatmeal with peanut butter and dark chocolate
Lunch: Cheese stick and a granola bar
Dinner: Baked chicken with carrots, onions and green beans and a salad.

Progress
Weight was way up at 185.  I had a super high sodium dinner yesterday so I'm blaming it on that.  One  day doesn't decide things though.
