Bible Reading
Zechariah 8 - This seems very cheerful prophecy. God promises the Jewish remnant prosperity in Jerusalem. There will be peace amongst nations and people will flock to see God in Jerusalem. The prophecies in this chapter seem to paint a picture of Heaven on Earth.
Workouts
I got in 45 minutes of walking and 45 minutes of a more strenuous yoga session. Both felt pretty rejuvenating.
Reading
I finished rule 11. I'll be pondering on this one quite a bit as I seek to let my children find their own limits and learn how to contend with the world in their own ways. The last rule is titled "Pet a cat whenever you pass by one." I'm very intrigued for next week's reading the conclusion of this fascinating book.
Diet
Breakfast: Sourdough bread with butter and strawberry jam.
Lunch: Left over hamburger and some chicken nuggets.
Dinner: Spaghetti with turkey burger meat sauce, a bit of romaine lettuce and a couple slices of garlic bread.
Snacks: Cheese stick and a mandarin and an apple.
