#75Hard day 73

Only 2 days left! This is the final weekend.  Crazy.  In the beginning it seemed like time went so slow in this process.  But these past 2 weeks seemed to have flown by.  Here's the recap for today.

Bible Reading
Zechariah 13 - This chapter seemed rough.  There will be no more prophets, and anyone who attempts to prophesy falsely will be stabbed by their parents! Rough.

Workouts

I did a really fun circuit workout indoors for 30 minutes.  Did some dumbbell presses, pull ups, dumbbell squats and deadlifts, box step ups, burpees, toe to bars, military press, jumping jacks, a little bit of everything.  I tried to keep my rests pretty minimal for the 30 minutes as well.  After that I went for a walk that was a little over an hour.  It was a bit chilly, but the sun felt amazing.

Reading
I read chapter 2 of Bringing up Boys.  In this chapter Dobson started to explain the very real biological differences of boys and girls and what that looks like when it comes to raising them.  I have 2 boys and 2 girls and I can definitely see such a huge difference between my boys and girls.  My daughter very naturally went towards dolls and princess stuff.  It's nothing we pushed on her.  My boys very naturally went towards bugs and sticks and rough housing.

Diet
Breakfast: Sourdough bread with peanut butter and jelly
Lunch: Chicken tenders with cheddar cheese and a low carb tortilla wrap
Dinner: Porkchops with salad and mixed veggies with sourdough bread
Snacks: Apple, cheese stick and some deli meat and sunflower seeds.

Water
130oz

Progress
179.2.  Man I really want to hold on to the 170s.  It feels so good to be under 180 lbs.  I snapped a post lifting pic for today.
