I don't see feel so good today. Even though my sleep tracker on my watch says that I slept at a solid 80. I am chosing to blame daylight savings time. Well, that and the fact that I slept in yesterday. Even though it feels amzing to do so, I am unsure of the benefits if it moves my circadian rythm.
Luckily, a single day of sleeping late wont offset things too much. I am told that you can only 'adjust' an hour per 24 hours when jet lagged. I would assume it applies to this case as well then. The problem today is that yesterday we moved the clocks back one hour. So today I am getting up an hour earlier than im used too. Only, it's probably more since I also pushed my rythm by an hour in the wrong direction.
Let's hope I feel better tomorrow.
I still feel like it is a good day. I am now less than two weeks away from date at which I am set to rebuild my roof. I am both excited and axious about this. Most of all, I am just looking forward to having a roof that doesn't leak. Maybe I can start enjoying rainy days again.
Yesterday I got a lot done on my Music Quiz application. I am still adjusting to how fast I am able to produce and iterate on it. I am not used to thinking up a change, and then having it be done in less than 30 seconds. It is at least 50% of the time that the 'computer' get's it right in the first go. This is just amazing, and it almost feels like an unnatural pace to do things.
Then on the other hand, I find that some tasks during work are now tedious if not using an Ai. Things really are changing..
