Starbucks doesn’t sell coffee, they sell the Aroma, the Ritual, the Study Room, the First Date, and the Gathering Place. 

Apple doesn’t sell computers, they sell Creativity. 

Nike doesn’t sell shoes, they sell Athleticism and Bravery (Just Do It).

The widget is half the work.
