Good news to start your Labor Day weekend......

We petitioned to restrain the landlord from submetering in an Article 78 challenge, and the judge has issued a temporary restraining order. I will send out more information as it becomes available. 

This is a temporary, not permanent order. We are at the very beginning of the battle. Thank you to all who have participated by completing and submitting affirmations and additional information, and to all our hard workers who have made and distributed countless copies, door-knocked, and worked tirelessly to to collect the data we need.
