We have created a Fire Safety Log to insure that our landlord, L&M, is held accountable for safety issues in our building.

We will release this data to the respective City and State authorities. You can submit your data anonymously but providing your contact information could help with follow-up to insure that appropriate action is taken. Your contact information will be kept confidential and used only if clarification is needed.
Examples of Fire Safety Issues to Report are:
- Blocked exits or stairwells
- Fire doors that do not close
- Fire alarm problems either in common spaces or your apartment
- Combustible materials in hallways
- Obstructions that could slow emergency evacuation
- Sparks, smoke, burning odors, or flames, either in your apartment or common spaces
- Gas odors
Please share this request with your neighbors who may have yet to register with our site, And please help with this important undertaking to ensure your safety and the safety of everyone in the building.
In addition, we strongly urge that you obtain and maintain renters insurance for your apartment.
