Please join us for our next General Tenants Meeting on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at La Hermosa Church, located at 5 West 110th Street (at 5th Ave).
We will discuss the appeal of the submetering case, the Article 7-A lawsuit to force repairs, the proposed class action lawsuit for damages, the recent hot water and water shutoff emergencies, and our planned non-violent tenant protest on June 20.
The recent five-day hot water outage at 1295 Fifth Avenue, followed by a total water shutoff, shows why we need to keep fighting back together.
