Dear Neighbors,
Many of you have been emailing me about your questions and concerns about submetering and bills.
In response, please find attached is the flyer for our next General Tenants Meeting.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 7:00 PM, at La Hermosa Church, 5 West 110th Street, New York, NY 10026, across Fifth Avenue.
We will discuss the current status of the submetering litigation, the upcoming appeal process, possible political support from elected officials, political action ideas, and peaceful protest and tenant action.
We may also have an elected official or representative attend the meeting to hear directly from tenants about the harm caused by submetering.
All tenants are strongly encouraged to attend. Please bring your neighbors.
