I need your help as soon as possible.

 

If you received a submetering electric bill in March 2026 or April 2026, please email me the following:

 

 

Please do not send photos right now. I only have time to review PDF copies of the bills.

 

Even if you already sent me your March bill before, please resend it together with your April bill in the same email. This will help me organize the records much faster.

This will help me identify the most urgent cases quickly.

 

I especially need to know if your electric bill is very high compared to the rent you pay. For example, one tenant pays $250 per month in rent but received a $400 electric bill.

 

This information is very important for the court case. I need to show the Judge how these electric bills compare to the rents tenants are actually paying.

 

Please reply as soon as possible and attach your bills in PDF form.

 

I expect to send all tenants on my email contact list an update on Friday, April 10, 2026, regarding the progress of our lawsuit.  By then, our new Order to Show Cause should be filed, and we may also know whether the Judge will sign it.
