For half a century, our tram enabled our residents to easily commute to work, school, medical appointments, and more. But overcrowding by tourists has destroyed the ease of use for the service we all pay for with the portion of our rents that supports our land leases.
Neither the State, City, nor MTA spend a nickle to support our tram. The shortfall between operating costs and revenue comes directly out of the pockets of each and every one of us.
We deserve better service!
We deserve Priority Boarding!
