Dear Roosevelt Landings neighbors,
We are planning a meeting for all at Good Shepard Chapel at 7:30pm on Wednesday 4/29. We are inviting our legislators and everyone with stakes in our sand to attend.
I know that many of you have written in already, but we need to make our issues really clear and understandable.
Please email me using ONLY the following subjects:
- Heater
- A/C
- Broken thermostat
- Fire or sparks in heater
- Fire or sparks in A/C
- Gas issues
- Metergy - incorrect billing
- Misc.
In the subject line include address and apartment in this exact format: Building/Apartment (example: 540/1604). Describe the problem clearly indicating the date, the time of occurrence, whether you contacted 311 (if you did, include your case number and any action taken). If you contacted C+C, include their reply and their actions. Additionally, include your lease type (market rate, subsidized, LAP).
Please keep these comments brief and do not mix them. Make separate emails for each problem!
We are fighting to protect EVERY tenant in our building. Anyone who tells you differently has their own agenda and does not understand that there are several types of tenants in our building and the solution that can apply for their tenancy will not necessarily be the correct approach for all. Nonetheless, we will not stop until every tenant, no matter what their type of tenancy is, will be protected.
Please email me using the above format and requirements no later than 4/28 at 12:00pm. If you are late, you will need to print out your document and bring it to the meeting yourself.
In solidarity,
Zach Ephron
