A major concern has come up that needs your attention.
RIOC has begun demolition of the abandoned steam plant next to the tram. They have failed to conduct an environmental study, and they failed to notify tenants about efforts to protect the community from the removal of hazardous waste.
They are destroying what should have been landmarked and reused for the community such as additional space for our school children. Instead they seem to be intending to make that space available for more residential units, exactly what our community does not need.
