Many of you have heard the news that the PSC ruled on submetering our building, in favor of the landlord.
Romano and I are in the process of researching our options and will get back to you with a plan. The PSC previously gave permission to the landlord. We fought back and won our case. We are back at the "fight back" juncture again.... And we will fight back as long as it takes to properly fix the flaws in our heating system and as long as we have a legal leg to stand on. We'll know very shortly how we can do so.
Meanwhile, you will likely be barraged with information on submetering from the landlord. Be aware that unless and until we win our case, you should comply with their requests.
