I have received many emails from you asking about the Metergy email that went out today. Please see this message from our lawyer, Bill Salo:


Dear Fellow Tenants,

Please do not panic about the latest Metergy email.

I am actively working right now on seeking a Temporary Restraining Order and will likely be up all night preparing it. I am working together with Penina “Penny” Gold, Esq., who is also a tenant in Roosevelt Landings.

 

We are not being paid — we are doing this to protect our community and to prevent these double bills from happening.

We will be hosting an in-person tenants’ meeting at La Hermosa Church, 5 W 110th St, New York, NY 10026, on Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at 7:00 PM, to give you updates.
