Dear Fellow Tenants,

I know many of you are concerned about reports that submetering bills may begin in “early March”.  I want to assure you that this issue is being actively addressed.

We have a concrete legal strategy in place to challenge the implementation of submetering and to seek relief before any billing begins. While I cannot share specific procedural details at this moment, please know that we are not sitting idle, and we are moving deliberately and promptly.

Our objective is straightforward: to prevent tenants from being subjected to unlawful or premature electric charges while the legality of the PSC’s actions is under review.

I understand the anxiety this situation creates. I share it. But I also want you to remain steady. We are organized, we are prepared, and we are taking the necessary steps.

I will circulate another update as soon as there is something official to report.
