Self-Appreciation Practice
Intro
Self-Appreciation is a way of expressing recognition of your worth, value, and Gratitude—for the goodness and greatness of who you are!
That way, you’ll cultivate it from within rather than from other people: the key to learning how to parent yourself.

This practice is from the book: remembering the light within by Ron and Mary Hulnick
This simple practice is a form of self-nurturing that adds to the enjoyment and richness of your life.
This simple practice is a form of self-nurturing that adds to the enjoyment and richness of your life.
It will evoke a sense of peace, contentment, and well-being by helping you to align with the present moment—with what is.
It is yet another way of supporting yourself in a practice that nurtures who you truly are, and helps to awaken into a fuller awareness of your essential nature as Loving.
The following is an example of this practice. Of course, it’s up to you to express your own.
Write down some of your appreciations on what you do. More importantly, Who you are—the Loving Essence that you are—what is meant by being, in the phrase: human being.
A human being who is truly doing their very best.
