Price isn't pride

Price is a signal. It tells customers how much they need to pay and shows you whether they’re willing to pay for it.

Price is a also tool to generate profit. It keeps your business running for as long as you like.

A high price does not bring you high pride. Pride comes from great product, great service, great reviews, and loyal customers.

No customer will thank you tomorrow for raising the price of the same product year after year. They may not express anger, they certainly won’t feel gratitude either.

Do your customers a favor by having a solid, justified reason for any price increase.

Give your customers a treat if you can innovate and finding ways to charge less year after year. They will love you for it, and you can earn their trust and loyalty for the long term.

Your price isn’t your pride. Don’t misuse it, and don’t signal the wrong message with it.
