A little shorter than I would have liked, but it went well. Short bathroom break in the middle but I was focused throughout and I feel good about the progress I made.
I went through journal entries from January 2020 to March 2020.
The index cards beside me are very helpful - I took down some quotes from my journal that I'd like to use for other things, and I noted down a few random thoughts that my brain decided to think about when I was working.
Next session is on Thursday 15th April from 9am to 12pm. All being well, I should be able to do a 3-4 hour session on Thursday and make a big dent in the work that needs done.
Ok, it's 11:45 am now and it's time for a walk to reset my head before work starts.
Here's an entry from 7th February 2020:
"If I can't open up to myself, how will I ever be able to open up to others - My kids? Cara? My parents? This is a simple answer: Don't be afraid of yourself. Love yourself. Allow yourself to explore your fears, worries, and anxieties - write it all down!"
