Hey :)
You’re going to die with things on your to-do list.
It sounds morbid, but it’s true.
You’ll die with plans to grab a coffee with a friend next week.
You’ll die with projects unfinished, ideas half-formed, and tasks you never got round to.
Everyone finishes their days and weeks with things left undone. That’s life.
So you’ve got two choices:
You’re going to die with things on your to-do list.

You’ll die with projects unfinished, ideas half-formed, and tasks you never got round to.
Everyone finishes their days and weeks with things left undone. That’s life.
So you’ve got two choices:
- You can finish the day and beat yourself up about what you didn’t do.
- Or you can finish the day and celebrate the progress you did make.
Which one keeps you sane?
Every week, I ask my clients to finish by listing three things they did achieve that week.
Not because everything went perfectly.
But because it’s so easy to end the week in a negative headspace — focusing only on what’s missing.
The truth is: progress always happens.
You just have to look for it.
You’ll never clear your list.
You’ll never get it all done.
But you can choose how you end your day — focused on what’s unfinished, or grateful for how far you’ve come.
So before you start beating yourself up about what you didn’t get done this week…reply and tell me: What three things feel like progress for you this week?
