Hype like all the buzz around the Democratic vice presidential candidate Tim Walz. No matter how well-founded, I typically hate when a threshold is crossed in the public zeitgeist, and certainly, that's happened here. You can't swing a dead cat and not hear the word "weird," which Walz used a while back to describe Trump, Vance, and their various beliefs. That word is now having a moment.
I am typically too cool for school (or at least pretending to be) for the conventional wisdom du jour, whatever it may be. And that includes the latest buzzphrase or word.
Aides said Trump talked about Ivanka's breasts, her backside, and what it might be like to have sex with her, remarks that once led (former chief of staff) John Kelly to remind the president that Ivanka was his daughter.
OK, you may not like Democrats, but that shit is f'ing weird.
Oh, and did I mention Trump still won't admit he lost the 2020 election?
Very weird, especially when one considers how corrosive and anti-American that is.
