Wife accompanied me to gym for the first time!! What a breakthrough!!

Took some time to show her how to use some of the machines.

Set A
  1. Bench press: 4sets x 10reps, 8kg
  2. Chin up: 4sets; total 36reps
  3. Incline bench press: 4sets x 10reps, 8kg
  4. Lats row: 4sets x 10reps, 60lbs
