Headed to gym super early today and reached even before it was opened. Saw the familiar twins who used to come in on Tues and Weds.

- Deadlift: 5kg; 4 sets, 8reps;
- Lateral rise: 6kg; 4 sets, 12reps;
- Face pull: 60lbs; 4 sets, 9reps;
- Bicep curl: 40lbs; 4 sets, 8reps.
When doing the squats and lifts using 5kg while seeing other people, even ladies, lifting heavier weights, I need to remind myself that I'm my own competitor. I'm not here to compete with others in the gym. They have their own journey, I have mine. Mine's a journey of recovery and picking up.
Strive for just 1% better every time.
